Raffaelle Breaks

Raffaelle joins Unite Us with over 20 years of product development experience at American Express, leading and scaling teams to launch hundreds of new payment, servicing, and lending features to more than 28 million customers worldwide. Under her leadership, the American Express mobile application repeatedly ranked first place by J.D. Power for customer satisfaction in the financial services category, and its website received the same distinction last year.

In her new role, Raffaelle will oversee the product management and design team to improve and expand the Unite Us Platform and products, including the integration of newly acquired technologies from referral platform NowPow. While new to health and social care, Raffaelle is motivated to make an impact, having experienced firsthand how fundamental social care is to communities and individuals.

Originally from London, Raffaelle now lives in Brooklyn, NY, and enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, and cooking.
