Matt has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams in startups, growth companies, and big tech. He uses his knowledge and skills to lead the Unite Us Application Engineering team in tackling organizational and technical scaling challenges that support Unite Us’ continued growth. His superpower is building relationships, and through his honest and transparent communication style, earning the trust of engineers and business stakeholders alike. Matt was drawn to Unite Us’ mission to help those in need by connecting health and social care, and to the company’s passion for building the right tech culture.

Matt likes to discover the world through travel and in the right locales, explore life underwater as a certified scuba diver. On the weekends, Matt enjoys hanging out at home with his wife and three boys, watching soccer, football, and other sports.
